The Opponents

Internazionale finished in second place in Serie A for the second year in a row in the season just finished; they are yet to secure a championship title in their seven-year history in the first division. Since january 2024, the Milanese giants squad has included German international Lina Magull, who has made 77 appearances for the national team.

As part of the official season opening, the first team squad, along with coaching and back-up staff, will be introduced before the match, as is tradition. Inter are the next big name to play in this traditional fixture, following last year, when over 13,000 spectators attended the season opener against Real Madrid. The exact kick off time will be announced shortly.

Tickets will be available from mid-July at the Union-Zeughaus. Detailed information regarding the start of advance sales will follow in early July.
