Sunday's next U19 Bundesliga match sees 1. FC Union Berlin host Hamburg at 14:00.

Though Union didn't match the 13-0 drubbing of Holstein Kiel last time, a 1-0 win with ten men was certainly a welcomed start to 2020. "We will meet a good team on Saturday. But our goal this week is once again three points," said Andre Vilk, the team's head coach. Union are in fourth with four points less than Hertha in third — Werder are the runaway league leaders with 43 points. Vilk added: "This could be an interesting game. We have the chance to establish ourselves further ahead by beating the strong Hamburg team."

Hamburg have played two games more than Union and are in fine form, despite sitting down in sixth. They recently beat Cottbus 4-1 and local neighbours Neindorfer TSV 4-0.

All matches at the Brüno-Bürgel-Weg complex are free entry.
