1. FC Union Berlin have extended the suspension of team training, and a return, originally planned tomorrow, will not go ahead. "Currently we are planning to suspend team training up to and including March 30," said Oliver Ruhnert, Director for Professional Football at 1. FC Union Berlin. "Regardless of the extra safety measures introduced, a restart does not seem sensible at the moment. As a club, we are carefully weighing up how and when we would need to return to training - we are doing this in close conjunction with the authorities and the DFL." The first-team squad – as last week – will continue to train with individual programmes.
