With immediate effect, 1. FC Union Berlin are offering all ticket holders the opportunity for a refund at the Union-Zeughaus.

After you enter a bank account in your customer profile, the ticket refunds for the selected match can be processed through a bank transfer.

Supporters who wish to waive refunds can do so. In the customer profile, a waive option for selected matches can also be confirmed. 

If supporters have no access to the internet or email, then please visit the club store.

Refunds are also available for the friendly match against Arminia Bielefeld. The easiest way to receive the refund is to contact the store by email.
