The pre-sale for the relegation play-off second leg at home to VfB Stuttgart is well underway.

Season ticket holders have reserved more than 6,500 tickets since Monday afternoon. Today, those tickets can be reserved further at the Union-Zeughaus at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei before the second phase of sale begins tomorrow at 11am — this phase is for members without a season ticket.

All season ticket holders whose booking shows an error message (e.g. "no data stored" or without a booking button) are requested to take a screenshot and send it to zeughaus@fc-union-berlin.de.

Please provide a short description of the issue and include your first & last name, as well as, Union Berlin membership number.

Here are the three sale phases for the match:

The first phase (20.5 to 22.05 at 10am) will be for season ticket holders who have first right of refusal for places at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei. The reservation can be made from Monday May 20 at 15:00 online at the Union-Zeughaus website. From Tuesday, May 21, the tickets will be available on site at our club stores.

Tickets can be purchased as Print@Home documents or deposited for collection at the stadium. The club strongly discourages the latter method as it could lead to longer waiting times on matchdays. The first reservation period ends on Wednesday May 22 at 10am.

The second phase (22.05 & 23.05) will start on Wednesday at 11am — with the tickets available online or from the club store at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei. Only club members without a season ticket are entitled to purchase a ticket in this phase. Both methods for the first phase are available for the second phase.

If tickets are still available, club members can purchase online on Friday May 24 at 11am or from the stadium Union-Zeughaus. A general public sale is not planned.

The opening times of the Union-Zeughaus at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei are as follows:

Saturday: 11am to 4pm
