UEFA have announced the penalty for the misconduct of individual Union fans at the Europa League match in Malmö. The club has been fined €40,000 for the burning and throwing of fireworks.

In addition, 1. FC Union Berlin are banned from selling tickets for the next away match in the Europa League. There will therefore be no tickets available for Union fans for the Union's final group match against Royale Union Saint-Gilloise on Thursday, 03.11.2022.
