How, What, Why:

Here is an overview of the most frequently asked questions:

Tickets:

Given the demand for tickets this season and the limited capacity, club members are only eligible to purchase tickets.

All of our Bundesliga home matches sell out in the duration of our member sales.

The club has introduced a lottery scheme, which follows these steps:

  • Members have a four-day window to register interest in tickets — this is to take away time pressure for members.
  • Successful applicants are informed by email.
  • There is a two-day window for successful applicants to complete their purchase.
  • Then follows the secondary ticket market.

The club has an official secondary ticket market for each match and does not accept tickets which are purchased on third-party platforms, such as Viagogo.

The DFL confirms the date and time for fixtures minimum six weeks in advance.

Away matches follow a similar process: first for members but there is the opportunity to obtain tickets in our public sale — subject to availability.

Memberships:

Our general information for memberships can be found here.

The membership gives you right to participation in our Annual General Meetings, right to apply for tickets and an exclusive scarf.

Note: To be eligible for ticket ballots, new members must pay six months’ worth of contributions.

The full membership regulations can be found here.

The membership form can be found here and this should be sent to mitglieder@fc-union-berlin.de.

The online club shop can be found here.

There are three stores in Berlin:

  • At the Stadion An der Alten Försterei

But there are English-language tours scheduled on occasion. There is a date confirmed for December.
