Information for Travelling Fans

1. FC Union Berlin will play their second away match in the Europa League against Malmö FF at the Eleda Stadium on Thursday, 06.09. Kick-off is at 18:45.

Just over 1,000 Union fans will be there to support their team as loudly as they can. Fans who do not have valid tickets for the match are strongly advised not to make the trip to Sweden.

The following contains some important information for any Union supporters with officially purchased tickets travelling to Sweden. Further information can be found here.

The central meeting point for all away fans will be the market square "Lilla Torg". From there, is a 40 minute walk to the stadium.

There will be no parking facilities at the stadium for visiting fans arriving by car. It is requested that vehicles be parked around the central meeting point.

Stadium access

  • The stadium opens at 16:45. It is recommended to be on time for the stadium opening.
  • Only bags up to A4 size are allowed, there is no luggage check-in facility
  • Credit cards and cash (?) may be used in the visitors' block.
  • No Union fan clothing or colours may be worn in the home areas.

Entrances to the guest block

  •  Union fans can use the away blocks 17 and 18 in entrance area E on the south side of the stadium.

Behaviour in the stadium

  • Alcohol consumption: Light beer and soft drinks will be served in the stadium; heavily intoxicated persons will not be admitted
  • Smoking is not permitted in the stadium

Unique jacket available

As was the case with T-shirts for the previous two Europa League matches, there will now be a specially created "Auswärts alle in Weiß" rainjacket from Szene Köpenick in cooperation with 1. FC Union Berlin for the Malmö match. The shirt will be available  at the central meeting point (Lilla Torg) for €20.
