1. FC Union Berlin's Annual General Meeting is traditionally a face-to-face event, where the board members report directly to the club members who are present.

However, due to the current corona-related restrictions for indoor events and meetings, the AGM cannot be implemented in the second quarter of the current fiscal year as provided in the club articles.

The Fan and Member Department, the Supervisory Board, the Executive Committee and the Honorary Committee are striving to host a face-to-event. The representatives of these boards have agreed to postpone the meeting into the third quarter of the business year.

If an in-person meeting is not foreseeable in that timeframe, an alternative format will be decided upon.
