Fake tickets in circulation

The Stadion An der Alten Försterei has been sold out for a while for our league match against SG Dynamo Dresden on 28 October.

Important: Anyone who has secured a print@Home ticket for the game on the internet NOT authorised by 1. FC Union Berlin (Viagogo, SeatWave, StubHub) should absolutely check its authenticity. If in doubt, the cardholder is welcome to contact zeughaus@fc-union-berlin.de by email. Forged tickets are easily identified if, for example, club names are not printed correctly or no barcode has been stored.

Given the rise of tickets currently offered on auction platforms, 1. FC Union Berlin points out that according to § 9 of its General Ticket Terms and Conditions (ATGB) it is forbidden to buy tickets for our games.

a) ... offer for sale and/or sell publicly, at auctions (in particular on the Internet, e.g. on Ebay) and/or at sales platforms not authorised by Union (e.g. viagogo, seatwave, StubHub etc.)

(b) ... at a price higher than the price paid; a price premium of up to 15% may be applied to offset transaction costs incurred

Offers, which breach those terms and conditions, can be reported to the club at zeughaus@fc-union-berlin.de. 1. FC Union Berlin will keep track of all offers like this and ask the provdiers to adapt or remove their offers, according to our T&Cs. They are threatened with the loss of the right of first refusal, which is reserved for our members.

Final tickets for the game against Dresden are made available through our secondary ticket market. Union fans who can't attend should make them available on this platform for others to purchase.
