1. FC Union Berlin's Malick Sanogo has been called up by US Soccer to join their U20 men's national team next month.

Sanogo will participate in the 2021 Revelations Cup in Mexico where the US youth national team will play against Brazil, Colombia and Mexico. Last month, the striker was invited to train with Germany's U18 national team.

Sanogo is eligible for the US setup as he was born in New York and holds American citizenship. He has the opportunity to play for Germany, the United States and Ivory Coast, the country of his father's citizenship.
