Ticket offices:
There will be no ticket offices open on site. Clearing points open at the same time as the stadium, 2.5 hours before kick-off.
Ticket checking at the entrance:
Holders of a Print@Home ticket are advised to present it in paper form, as the scanners at the turnstiles can recognise them most quickly.
Users of the Union app can use both their season and matchday tickets as digital tickets as usual.
Ticket re-sale market:
1. FC Union Berlin offer an official ticket re-sale market. There, up to 3 hours before kick-off, people who are entitled to buy tickets still have the chance to buy them.
Ticket redistribution:
1. FC Union Berlin offer the possibility for fans to pass on tickets digitally via the Union app up to 3 hours before kick-off.
Please note:
-
If a ticket is passed on, the original ticket is automatically cancelled.
-
If a ticket is successfully passed on, the new ticket holder will receive a confirmation plus the ticket by e-mail. If the ticket holder does not use the Union App, the ticket sent by email must be printed out and presented at the entrance.
-
For technical reasons - as well as the access controls to the lower tier of the gegengerade (blocks L-P) - the option to use the "ticket transfer" and "ticket resale" functions for this area ends at 11:00. on match day.
-
When a Champions League season ticket is passed on digitally, the original season ticket (whether digital or analogue) is blocked for the home match in question.
Small children
Children up to the age of 5 do not pay admission, but require a separate ticket. They will then have to sit on the parent / guardian's lap. This must be collected on the day of the match at the Clearing Point Container Südtor/Coubertinplatz (Schoßkinder box office).
