Friendly tournament in Jena – HSV Game in Training Camp

Union's women will return to team training, following their one-and-a-half month break on 03.07.2026. Starting from 29.06., the usual sports medical examinations at the Charité and initial training sessions in small groups are scheduled.

Their first friendly will take place eight days after the start of training when, on 11.07.2026, they face second division club 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam. The match will take place at the ORAFOL-Arena in Oranienburg. A week later, a friendly tournament will follow at the Ernst-Abbe-Sportfeld in Jena, where Union will meet FC Carl Zeiss Jena and AC Sparta Prague in two matches, each lasting 60 minutes.

Afterwards, the team will travel on 20.07.2026 for a week-long training camp in Neuruppin, Brandenburg. On 25.07., the penultimate day of the stay, a friendly against Hamburger SV will take place.

The official season opening will take place on 09.08. at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei. The following weekend will then see the last friendly of pre-season, which is expected to be played away. The Bundesliga season 2026/27 will finally start on the weekend of 21–24.08.2026.
