Double Setback:
Union Women's Team Must do Without Pawollek and Reissner
Following their defeat against SC Freiburg on Sunday afternoon, the women's professional team at 1. FC Union Berlin have suffered two further setbacks. Naika Reissner and Tanja Pawollek are out of action until further notice due to injury.
Reissner, who had to be substituted after 24 minutes against Freiburg, had started every league game so far. Pawollek had not missed a single minute of competitive action since her summer transfer from Frankfurt to Berlin-Köpenick.
