Union starts the season with a new ticket shop.
1. FC Union Berlin will offer tickets for the matches of both professional teams, stadium tours, and other events at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei through a new ticket shop starting mid-July.
The system convinces with a significantly more intuitive user guidance, improved technical possibilities, and a fresh, modern design.
As part of the transition, there will be temporary restrictions: On Wednesday, 24.06.2026, personal login for the digital offers of 1. FC Union Berlin will not be possible from 16:00 until approximately 19:00. After that, the ticket shop, the Union-Zeughaus, and AFTV+ will be available as usual.
Due to the complete transition to the new provider, no tickets will be offered in the Union ticket shop from June 30 for about two weeks.
With the new system, all Unioner can look forward to a faster, simpler, and more secure booking experience. At the same time, the shop appears in a revised look that makes the digital platform clearer and more user-friendly – especially for mobile use.
From mid-July, advance sales for the friendlies of both professional teams will start in the new ticket shop. The exact advance sale dates for the home games of the men's team against Cagliari Calcio and Ipswich Town, as well as for the season opener of the women's team and other friendlies, will be announced shortly.
