Founded in 2020, Real Madrid Femenino quickly established themselves in Spain's Liga F and have never finished below third place since. The team are also a regular participant in the UEFA Women's Champions League, although they have not as yet made it past the quarter finals stage.

The match against the Spanish capital's club will take place on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei. The exact kick-off time will be announced shortly.

Tickets for the match are now available for club members online at Union-Zeughaus. General sales will start at 10:00 on Monday, June 23, 2025. Up to 10 tickets can be purchased, with standing tickets costing from €10 and seats from €18 in accordance with the current day ticket price list for women.
