Women's World Cup Qualification Continues
Ten Union Players Away With Their Nations
During the long break in the Google Pixel women’s Bundesliga, ten players from 1. FC Union Berlin's women's team are representing their national teams. For most of them, this means World Cup qualification places are on the line.
The Nominees
Amber Tysiak and Hannah Eurlings have been nominated for Belgium again. The “Red Flames” managed to win their two opening matches convincingly, and now they are gearing up to face Scotland. The first leg will take place in Edinburgh, before the second leg in Leuven, the former home of both Union players.

Athanasia Moraitou's Greece have also started successfully in their qualification, having won the first two matches in Group 4 of League C. Since the "Ethniki" are competing in a three-team group, the return leg begins with the away game in the Faroe Islands. Following that, a Friendly against Moldova is scheduled.
