As a child, Rintzner played regularly with boys on the school playground of her school where she discovered her enthusiasm for the sport before beginning her training at FFC Wacker München. After around two years, she moved to a high school with a DFB football class, where she was the only girl. Rintzner then took further important steps in her development when she joined a boys' team at TSV Moosach-Hartmannshofen.

In 2022, she transferred to FC Bayern, where the midfielder played for the U-17s at the age of 14. The midfielder has appeared 52 times in the 2. Bundesliga for the German champions' U-20s over the last three years. At the same time, she also made a name for herself internationally, going through several youth teams of the German Football Association. So far, Rintzner has made 24 appearances for germany's U-15s, U-16s, U-17s, and U-19s national teams. Most recently, she reached the final of the European Championship with the German U-19's on 10 July 2026, where they team narrowly lost a hard forught match, 1-0 to Spain .
