A Return to the Carl-Benz-Stadion

Oluwaseun God Power Osaro Ogbemudia transferred in the summer of 2023 from FC St. Pauli to 1. FC Union Berlin, moving swiftly up to the U-19s. The center-back played 32 competitive matches for the youth department, scoring four goals and providing two assists. With his strong performances, he recommended himself for higher responsibilities and signed his first professional contract in August 2024.

Having spent the second half of the 2025/26 season on loan at the third division club SV Waldhof Mannheim 07, where the Bremen born Ogbemudia gained valuable match experience in 17 matches, contributing one assist, he returned to Union. He was included in the matchday squad for the DFB Pokal game against Eintracht Braunschweig, but did not come on as a substitute. Now he is to gather more playing time, back in the jersey of the Mannheim team.
