End of season at the stadium:
Information from FuMA about matchday survey and contact point
The Fan and Membership Department (FuMA) of 1. FC Union Berlin is working together with the club to create a safe and inclusive stadium experience. A few years ago, we initiated the matchday survey with the aim of optimizing the matchday process for all fans and shaping the stadium experience in a way that makes everyone feel comfortable and safe.
The survey has now become an integral part of the feedback culture and is evaluated by us voluntarily from game to game. After each competitive match of the men and each home game of our women, the survey is online for five days, conveniently, anonymously, and easily completed in just a few steps. The survey is divided into different areas such as arrival, entry, or catering, which can be rated and accompanied by a comment.
If someone felt harassed or discriminated against on match day, they can also address this in the match day survey or contact the voluntary point of contact via email at spieltag@fc-union-berlin.de. The service is, of course, free of charge and confidential. The voluntary contact persons of the fan and members department have the necessary experience to support you with concerns that violate the statutes and stadium regulations. This includes any form of violence and discrimination. In cases of sexualized violence, we cooperate with organizations such as Berliner Jungs and LARA to be able to support you even more comprehensively. You can obtain the contact details of these partners from us if needed, on the club website, and on our posters in the stadium.
On match day, you can confidently approach the fan support and the security and catering staff at any time if you have problems.
Looking towards the end of the season, we would like to encourage all stadium visitors to make use of the match day survey, so that we can make the best use of the summer break to implement improvements for the new season, if necessary.
The feedback should generally be current for match days, but this time it can also reflect on the entire season.
