Niko Gießelmann will be out injured for the next couple of weeks with a shoulder problem.

The 29-year-old damaged his shoulder in the closing stages of 1. FC Union Berlin's 1-0 win at SC Freiburg in the Bundesliga. Although Gießelmann was able to finish the match, the subsequent examinations identified a fracture in his left shoulder. The left-back, who joined last summer from Fortuna Düsseldorf, will be unavailable for the next few matches.
