World Football Interview With Union Striker

Among all of the media attention that accompanied 1. FC Union Berlin's women's 2. Liga title on Sunday, their appearance on the BBC World Service's Sportsworld stood out.

Interviewed by the BBC journalist Delyth Lloyd for the World Service's flagship sports programme, Orschmann, who scored two goals in Union's 6-0 win over FSV Gütersloh on Sunday that gave them the title, spoke about the deep feelings she has for the club that she has represented since she was small. She also talked of the significance Union's promotion to the Bundesliga has for women's football in general.
