Orschmann has been one of the constant performers at 1. FC Union Berlin in recent seasons. In the promotion season of the 2. Bundesliga 2024/25, she played all 29 competitive matches and scored 15 goals. In the previous season, she also appeared in 25 out of 28 matches. She managed to score four Bundesliga goals, including the late winner against FC Carl Zeiss Jena on Matchday 4, which secured the first away victory in the Bundesliga history of the women’s team.

Eurlings joined 1. FC Union Berlin last summer, but did not play in the first half of the season due to an injury sustained during the European Championship. In the second half of the season, the Belgian international contested all twelve Bundesliga matches in 2026, where she scored two goals and provided one assist. In the first friendly of the new season against Turbine Potsdam, Union’s number 14 scored to make it 6-1, but had to be substituted in the 54th minute due to injury.
