Alongside the honours for deserving members, are the presentation of the annual reports from the club committees, the agenda will include the discharging of the supervisory board honorary boards. Having recently celebrated the topping-out ceremony of the training center Alte Försterei, the current status of the stadium expansion will also be a topic of the evening.

All Union members are asked to have their membership cards ready at the entrance. Either digitally in the Union app or in card format, as entry to the stadium and registration will only occur via the code on the cards. If a membership card without a photo is presented, an additional identification document (e.g., identity card, passport, driver's license) must be shown. After successful registration, all eligible voters will receive a voting card.

Entry to the stadium is through ticket area 1. Of course, the beer garden on the Waldseite will be open, offering a food and beverage selection before and after the event. The sale of beer will only begin after the end of the meeting.

The Zeughaus on the Waldseite will extend its opening hours until around 22:00.

Parking is available free of charge in the parking lot in front of the main stand.
