After two loans, a permanent move

The Ivorian forward moved to Köpenick in winter 2024, scoring once in seven appearances in the Union shirt. In the past two years, he played on loan for Hull City in the Championship in England, and for BSC Young Boys. At the Swiss capital city club, he scored or assisted 34 times in 67 matches.

With his now completed transfer to Dubai, Bedia has the opportunity to establish himself in a new environment long-term.

Views on the transfer

“I am grateful for my time at Union, because even though it was very short, I always felt a lot of support," said bedia ahead of his move to the Emirate. "After the last two years on loan, I’m looking forward to a permanent role where I can take on consistent responsibility again.”
