People whose Christmas season is a bit leaner due to personal circumstances are especially warmly invited.

Everyone is invited to while away the time at stalls with used and new Union items, toys and books, ceramics, as well as cakes and drinks. Christmas gifts, both small and large, can be found in exchange for small donations. Furthermore, various social initiatives and institutions will be there to inform about their work and are open to all.

The market is initially available to people receiving assistance for living expenses between 12:00 and 14:00

Those who wish can register in advance at the Fanhaus with the corresponding proof to gain easy access. (Lindenstr. 18-19, 12555 Berlin Mon 9-14, Tue 9-17, Wed-Fri 9-14)

The Advent market is then open to everyone for a token entrance fee in the form of non-perishable food items (canned goods, dry goods, etc.), diapers, hygiene products, or similar everyday necessities from 14:00 to 18:00.

These will be distributed by “Laib und Seele,” a joint initiative of Berliner Tafel e.V., the churches, and rbb, during the regular food distribution for those in need that takes place every Tuesday.

Support for the Advent market through donations is also possible:

• Donations of cakes

• used toys (no stuffed animals)

• used Union fan items

• food donations (non-perishable)

Donations can be dropped off in advance at the Fanhaus (Monday to Friday between 9 and 14, Tuesday until 17). If anyone would like to donate a cake or similar for the event day, please sign up here.
