Union head coach Steffen Baumgart has been handed a one-match ban and a €15,000 fine following his red card last Sunday.

The DFB Control Committee deemed Baumgart's behaviour in the final stages of the match to be unsportsmanlike and, in summary proceedings, filed a corresponding complaint with the DFB Sports Court.

1. FC Union Berlin and Steffen Baumgart have agreed to the complaint. The Sports Court's ruling is in line with this and is therefore legally binding.
