After an intensive period with two Friendlies and numerous training sessions, the men's professional team of 1. FC Union Berlin has a free day for regeneration on Wednesday. On Thursday, head coach Steffen Baumgart will once again call for two practice sessions - the afternoon training at 16:30 will be open to the public. Before departing on Friday, there is a last - closed - training session scheduled in Herzogenaurach. Back in Berlin, the next preparation match awaits on Saturday, the 02.08.2025: At Stadion An der Alten Försterei, Union will host RCD Espanyol Barcelona, a traditional club from the Spanish LaLiga. Tickets for the match are available online and in all stationary ticket offices.
